The Belle Mare Plage, is located on a beautiful beach on the east coast of Mauritius, the hotel offers a wide range of leisure facilities besides being an ideal location for golf addicts with two 18-hole championship golf courses.
The resort gently lies on a 2 km long white sandy beach and is set in a 15 hectares tropical garden. Protected by a coral reef, the lagoon is ideal for all watersports from swimming to snorkelling.

The sea facing Prestige Rooms are located on the south wing of the resort. Each room has access to a private balcony and some directly overlook the swimming pool.  Interconnecting prestige rooms are available for families. Suites and Villas are also offered, and the Villas feature their own private pool.

There are several restaurants to choose from,  including the main restaurant, La Citronnelle, which overlooks the beach and the pool and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style. This restaurant offers each night a theme buffet: tropical and Italian, grills and seafood with a hint of flavours from the Mauritian terroir.

There is also a beach side restaurant which is open only for lunch and for special thematic evenings (such as lobster night). The Indigo Beach is perfectly situated at the water's edge, offering a splendid view on the lagoon.


There are plenty of activities to keep you busy including complimentary water sports, a health and fitness spa, bowling and 2 golf courses. One of the courses is exclusively open to hotel guests and offers unlimited free golf. Carts are available to hire.
