There are so many great safari destinations, that we can't possibly show them all. A good starting point is to decide the kind of safari that you would like and the sorts of animals that you are keen to see.

For the migration and open plains, East Africa has to be your destination, but if you want to see predators such as Lions and Leopards we recommend the Sabie Sands reserve or the Kruger National Park.

Not to be overlooked are safaris in Namibia and Botswana that offer a completely different kind of experience, and are great to combine with a more traditional kind of bushveld environment.

Timing is also a factor, so different destinations will be more suitable at certain times of year - we want to make sure you get the best possible chance to see wildlife in optimum conditions.
